Longfu Project (Zhengzhou)

The Longfu Project is located in the northern suburbs of Zhengzhou, bordered by the Henan Provincial Sports Center to the south and Beida University Town to the north. The project covers a total land area of over 667,000 square meters, with 436,000 square meters designated for development, and a planned gross floor area of 1.65 million square meters. As a large-scale development spanning more than one thousand mu, it establishes a benchmark for livability and stands as a flagship project in northern Zhengzhou. Inspired by the Chinese philosophy of “harmony between man and nature,” the design integrates low-rise residences with well-arranged high-rise buildings, creating a harmonious urban living environment.
