Venice Water Town (Zhengzhou)

Venice Water Town is located on the northwest side of Tongbai Road and Nongye Road, covering an area of approximately 700 mu (about 466,667 square meters) with a total construction area of over 1 million square meters. Since its launch in 2004, the project has become a regional hotspot. Through elaborate development over more than a decade, it has grown into the most mature community in the area.
